Terms & Delivery Policy

Plain-English terms for our done-for-you website & app service. Please read these before requesting a draft or starting a project.

These are plain-English terms for a sales-led, done-for-you website/app service. This is not legal advice. We operate across India, the US and the UAE, and the enforceability of some sections (notably liability and refunds) varies by jurisdiction.

1. The free draft

  • The free draft is a no-obligation concept preview— a visual starting point to show you what we'd build. It is not the finished website or app, and requesting it does not require you to buy anything.
  • The draft may use placeholder content, sample imagery, and template elements. The full, polished build happens after you choose a plan.
  • We aim to reply to every request within 1 business day and to share a draft within 48 hours of project kickoff(see §3 for what "kickoff" means).

2. What "live in 96 hours" means

  • We aim to take your core site live within 96 hours (4 business days) of project kickoff, once we have everything we need from you (see §3).
  • "Live" means your core starter site — your landing page, an about page, and a contact page — published and working. Additional pages, online stores, multilingual versions, custom features, and apps are built on a separate, mutually agreed timeline after the core site is live.
  • All timelines are measured in business hours from kickoff not from when you submit the form — and exclude time spent waiting on:
    • your content, images, logo, copy, or approvals;
    • third-party dependencies outside our control — domain registration/transfer, payment-gateway approval, email/DNS propagation, and app-store review;
    • changes to scope after kickoff.
  • These are typical turnarounds for a standard core site once kickoff conditions are met, not guarantees for every project. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront for anything larger.

3. When the clock starts ("kickoff")

A project kicks off — and any delivery timeline begins — only when all of the following are true:

  1. You've chosen a plan and confirmed you'd like to proceed.
  2. You've provided the essentials we need to build (e.g. business details, logo/branding or a brief, photos/content or approval to write/source them, and any specific requirements).
  3. You've approved the scope and timeline we've outlined.

Until kickoff, no delivery clock is running. If you're slow to send content or approvals, the timeline pauses — the clock reflects our working time, not waiting time.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and the content/approvals we request, in a timely way.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any logos, images, text, or other material you give us.
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable window (we'll flag when something's blocking your launch).

5. What's included, and pass-through costs

  • Your plan includes design, hosting, SSL, backups, deployment, maintenance, and the edits stated for your tier.
  • Third-party costs are billed at cost and are yours — domain registration/renewal, CRM/email licences, payment-gateway transaction fees, premium APIs, and app-store accounts. We set these up and manage them; you own the accounts and pay the providers (or reimburse us at cost where we manage billing).
  • You always own your domain.

6. Edits & fair use

  • Each plan includes a set number of edit requests per month (see pricing). Additional edits are available as add-ons or per-edit charges.
  • "Edits" means content/visual changes within your existing site (text, images, prices, sections). New pages, redesigns, new features, or new integrations are separate work, quoted before we start.

7. Billing, founding pricing & price protection

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual includes the stated discount and waives/reduces setup per the current offer.
  • Your subscription price does not increase while you remain continuously subscribed (founding/grandfather guarantee).
  • Founding pricing is a limited launch offer and may end or change for new customers at any time; customers who joined under it keep their rate per the guarantee above.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency; the price for your project is confirmed with you before you pay.

8. 14-day money-back guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied within 14 daysof your site going live, tell us and we'll refund your subscription fees for that period.
  • The guarantee excludes third-party pass-through costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. a domain we registered, gateway fees, app-store fees), since those are paid to outside providers and are non-refundable to us.
  • One-time build/setup work already delivered may be excluded or pro-rated — we'll always be fair and explain clearly.

9. Cancellation

  • Billing runs on a calendar month — every plan is billed from the 1st of each month.
  • Cancel anytime, no lock-in. On cancellation, your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
  • A one-time offboarding charge (₹800 / $15 / AED 60) applies if you request cancellation on or after the 15th of the month, to cover exporting and transferring your content and domain.
  • You keep your domain. We'll help you export/transfer your content and domain; significant migration assistance may be quoted separately.

10. Acceptable use & content

  • You're responsible for the legality of your business and the content you ask us to publish. We may decline work that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

11. Testing, maintenance & liability

Your responsibility to test before go-live. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and approvingyour site before it goes live, and for checking it on an ongoing basis afterwards. Approving go-live means you've confirmed the site works for your needs.

Maintenance, not a guarantee. We provide maintenance and make best efforts to keep your site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for downtime, outages, data loss, or failures caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, email, or other external services) — we manage these but do not control them.

No liability for indirect or consequential loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses — including lost sales, lost profits, lost or corrupted data, missed orders, reputational harm, or business interruption — whether caused by a bug, downtime, third-party failure, or otherwise.

Cap on any remaining liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 1 month immediately preceding the claim.

What this doesn't limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded (for example, liability for fraud or for anything the law specifically prevents us from excluding in your jurisdiction).

12. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated in advance.
